This is my favorite strawberry banana smoothie for those mornings when I need a little extra oomph to get me up and going throughout the day.
I can’t think of a better way to start off the day!
1 banana
About 8-10 Strawberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
A few handfuls of spinach
Water (about a cup)
Ice
That’s it!
OMG this smoothie was amazing!
Sometimes I’m a zombie in the morning, and today was no exception. I woke up feeling like a zombie after a late night salsa dancing (great exercise!), and then getting up at 6 am to get ready for work.
Because I was so tired, I just kind of threw in whatever I had in my kitchen.
So I was pleasantly surprised it came out so incredible!
I think the mango was really key.
It’s what gives an otherwise simple strawberry banana smoothie a tropical twist, in a really easy way.
Please, do yourself a favor and make this smoothie!
